OKAPT'S EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
The Executive Board serves as the governing leadership of the Oklahoma Association for Pupil Transportation, carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to it by the membership. Through strategic planning, policy development, and oversight of Association business, the Board works to fulfill OKAPT's mission of supporting and advancing safe, professional pupil transportation throughout Oklahoma. The Executive Board's authority, duties, and responsibilities are outlined in the Association's Bylaws and Executive Board Guidelines.

The election to determine a successor to the following positions shall be conducted at such a time to allow the incoming board member to serve one year concurrently with the outgoing officer.
OKAPT' REGIONAL DIRECTORS
OKAPT's Regional Directors serve as your local connection to the Association, representing transportation professionals throughout each region of Oklahoma. As members of the Board of Directors, they work to strengthen communication between local organizations and OKAPT, share Association news and opportunities, and advocate for the unique needs of their region. OKAPT LEADERSHIP TEAM COMMITTEE
OKAPT Leadership Team Committee Members are Associate Members of the Board of Directors. They serve alongside the Board by providing valuable support for the Association's programs, events, committees, and initiatives. While Leadership Team members are not elected members of the Board, they play an essential role in advancing OKAPT's mission through their expertise, dedication, and willingness to serve. Their contributions help strengthen the Association and ensure its continued success across Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma State Department of Education Transportation Officer/Director(s) is/are a permanent non-voting member(s) of the Executive Board.
Service Oklahoma Representative(s) is/are a permanent non-voting member(s) of the Executive Board.
BOARD MEMBER TERMS OF OFFICES
The election to determine a successor to the Treasurer, Secretary, Communications Director, Vendor Director, and Training Director shall be conducted at such a time to allow the incoming board member to serve one year concurrently with the outgoing officer. If the sitting board member runs for office and is reelected, they shall serve the remaining term and an additional for years.
*Board Member was voted back in during their shadow year. Term will extend by 4 years in 2027.
