MEET OKAPT'S SOUTHEAST REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Logan Billy serves as the Southeast Regional Director for OKAPT and currently works for Whitefield Public School, where he serves as Transportation Director, Information Technology Director, Maintenance Director, and School Bus Driver. With more than 14 years of experience in education, Logan began his career as a school custodian before advancing into maintenance and earning his Commercial Driver License (CDL) to become a school bus driver. Since beginning his transportation career in 2016, he has gained extensive experience in student transportation operations, fleet management, facilities maintenance, technology systems, and school support services. As Southeast Regional Director, he works to promote communication, collaboration, and professional development opportunities among transportation professionals throughout Southeast Oklahoma. Logan and his wife, Gracie, are the proud parents of twin sons, Ocean and Zayden. He is an active member of Whitefield Baptist Church, where he has been a member for more than 24 years and serves in the church's media ministry. In his free time, Logan enjoys spending time with his family, serving his church and community, and supporting the students and staff of Whitefield Public School.
