Curtis Thompson became the Transportation Safety and Training Coordinator at Edmond Schools after retiring from a 30 year law enforcement career. Curtis has been formally trained in collision investigation and reconstruction for automobiles, motorcycles and commercial vehicles. He is also a drug recognition expert and law enforcement driving instructor.

 

His Mission Statement: Work together to ensure we provide training that will arm pupil transportation drivers for success and, most importantly, transport our students safely. “My passion is perfect training, to the best of our knowledge. I want to be more proactive in seeking the latest driver education for our discipline."
