Important OKAPT Refund Policy

Director/Mechanic Registration (Fee Only): Must submit a request in writing. Requests submitted inside of 30 days of the conference may be denied.
Vendor Registration (Fee Only): Requests must be submitted in writing to the Vendor Director no closer than 30 days to the conference date to receive a partial (up to 50%) refund. Any request submitted within 30 days of the conference date may be denied.

Active Member Registration

For Administration/Directors/Supervisors
$200.00 per attendee (includes conference registration and 1 year of Active Membership)

Associate Member Registration

Any Non-Supervisory School/District Position
$150.00 per attendee (includes conference registration and 1 year of Associate Membership)

Industry Member Registration

Does not include Vendor registrations for the trade show.

Important Hotel Information

Hotel Reservations Now Open for the 2026 OKAPT Annual Conference & Trade Show

OKAPT conference attendees can book hotel rooms through the Choctaw Resort Center at the group rate of $110.00 per person, per night. You can reserve your hotel room by using one of the following methods:

By Phone: contact the reservation department, open 24 hours per day, by calling 1-800-788-2464. Use option #1 and give the agent our special offer code, "OKAPT 2026" to reserve at special group rate.
Online: use the online webpage here and follow the instructions to reserve your hotel room.

Important Information:

Offer Code Required: You must use the code "OKAPT 2026" to receive the special discounted hotel rate.
Third Party Payments: If you plan to use a third-party payment method, please review the Choctaw Resort's Third Party Payment Policy here.
Reservation Deadline: The last day to book your hotel room at the group rate is Wednesday, May 20, 2026. We cannot guarantee rooms will be available for you to reserve after this date.
Incidental Deposit: Choctaw Resort requires a $150.00 incidental deposit per room at check-in. This is mandatory, managed solely by the resort, and will be refunded at checkout if unused.
Tribal Room Tax: A Tribal Tax will be added to each room at checkout. Because this is not Oklahoma Sales Tax, tax-exempt status does not apply and it cannot be waived.
