Important Information for Registration and Payment:

After you submit this registration, we will send you an invoice showing the correct amount due for your order. Using the link inside that email, you will be provided multiple options to pay including by check, by credit card, and by Purchase Order.

OKAPT Refund Policy: 

Director/Mechanic Registration (Fee Only): Must submit a request in writing. Requests submitted inside of 30 days of the conference may be denied.

NAPT Classes

In order to take the NAPT Class, individuals must be registered for the OKAPT Annual Conference. Additionally, pre-registration is required for NAPT Classes.

Hotel Registration Link

OKAPT conference attendees can book hotel rooms through the Choctaw Resort Center at the group rate of $110.00 per person, per night. You can reserve your hotel room by using one of the following methods:

  1. By Phone: contact the reservation department, open 24 hours per day, by calling 1-800-788-2464. Use option #1 and give the agent our special offer code, "OKAPT 2026" to reserve at special group rate.
  2. Online: use the online webpage here and follow the instructions to reserve your hotel room.
